Unless otherwise defined by the Sxvegas casino; all promotional bonuses are NON CASHABLE. Promotional bonuses help create winnings and bonus cash functions to improve play but cannot be taken as winnings. The bonus is not going to be returned to the account but deducted from winnings. From the overall sum of cash-out, all bonus money will be removed at the point of withdrawal
In the event that a Player wishes to claim a bonus, it must be redeemed by the Player before placing any wagers with their deposit. It's the Player's responsibility to contact Customer Support for help with redeeming said bonus if the bonus will not be redeemed for any reason. Once the Player starts wagering the deposit, he or she forfeits their right to bonus.
If a player redeems a bonus after placing wagers with the deposit, the player immediately becomes responsible for meeting the play-through and cash-out restrictions before requesting a withdrawal. Prior to redeeming a bonus, if a player places wagers on the system with their deposit solely, they are not responsible for meeting any play-through requirements to make a withdrawal, however they are responsible for meeting any other conditions for making a withdrawal as outlined in the Payments section of the website.
Unless approved by management, Players cannot redeem additional coupons or promotional offers if they have a balance or pending cash-out. Coupons or promotional offers cannot be united. If at any time this should occur, winnings may be voided.
The Casino will occasionally offer Promotional Coupons as Free Chips. The maximum withdrawal amount for any free chip given is $100 cash-out. For example if you are given a $ 100 free chip and request a withdrawal amount of $500, you will only be approved for $100.
Free Chips cannot be used in succession by the Player. If a player redeems a free chip, regardless if the offer was sent to the Player via the Casino or they redeemed it via Customer Support, they cannot redeem a second Free Chip and be eligible for a withdrawal on that Free Chip's winnings. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure they are following the Free Chip rules. Withdrawals will be denied at the approval stage with the Payments team if this rule is broken.
Each Free Chip offered by the Casino, either from the Marketing team or from the Customer Support team, will come with stipulated play-through and maximum cash-out rules. It's the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that they have met those requirements prior to requesting a withdrawal. If rules have not been met, the payout will be denied until all conditions are met.
In case a Player uses a coupon or a promotional offer that they aren't eligible for use, all and any winnings created from that promotion are forfeited.
If a player uses a free chip or gets a standard rules deposit bonus and mixes his or her game play (slots, table games, video poker, keno or other) the playthrough requirements for that free chip or deposit bonus will be 50x.
The Playthrough requirements for bonuses will vary by game type. Standard playthrough requirements are:

All Slots 20x play-through
Table Games and Video Poker require a 50x Play-through
In the interests of fair gaming, all bonus promotions are limited on the maximum bet allowed to be placed. $10 is the maximum bet amount allowed on any table game if Playing on a promotion above 150%, unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise in the promotion. Betting above this amount will result in promotion winnings being voided and removed.

Some games are not eligible for meeting Play-through requirements

Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker and Pontoon Blackjack will not count towards play-through and are excluded from eligibility for No Play No Max bonuses.

Play-through Conditions: the wagering requirement depends upon the deposit amount plus the sum of the promotional bonus.
For example, should a Player deposit $50.00 and redeem a 100% bonus that needs 20X play-through for slots and 50x for Table Games and video Poker and Jackpot games along with a few games will not be considered for wagering, he/she must wager the sum of their deposit ($50.00) plus the sum of their bonus ($50.00) 20X for Slots and 50X for Tables and Video poker before cashing out. What this means is the Player must wager $100.00 X 20 = $2,000.00 for slots and $100.00 X 50 = $5,000.00 before requesting a withdrawal from their account.
Maximum Withdrawal: Maximum withdrawal quantity is established only by the sum of the deposit. If the bonus stipulation has a maximum payout of 10x then a $100 deposit would have a maximum withdrawal amount of $1,000.
It's the exclusive responsibility of the Player to ensure that any relevant Play-through conditions are satisfied before requesting a withdrawal by contacting Customer Support, if a Player has decided to use a bonus or promotion. Failure to satisfy with the play-through requirements can lead to the withdrawal request being refused.
All Deposit Bonuses for Slots and Keno with No Play-through or Maximum Cash-out (No Play No Max) come with a minimum of 1X Play-through (deposit bonus sum) before the funds are eligible to withdraw. After end of the play-through, playing anything other than Bingo, Keno, Slots or Scrape Card games will invalidate all and any winnings. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus sum is consistently considered non-cashable and will be taken off the quantity of your withdrawal request.
At the time of cashing out, the bonus cash will be taken off the entire withdrawal amount (i.e. - should a Player redeem a $250 bonus and withdraw $500, they'll receive $250.)
Should a Player have a pending withdrawal request, they may not redeem cashback or monthly insurance bonuses. Also, during this period of time a player cannot collect said promotions after the withdrawal request is approved nor request them.
Sxvegas casino reserves the right to alter or cancel a promotional offer anytime without giving earlier notice to Players.
A withdrawal that is canceled is not going to count toward any kind of bonus unless management approves the payout and redeposits it into the Player's account with the Player's permission. Comp points cannot be gathered on a cancelled withdrawal that's been redeposited into a Player's account.
In case a Player exceeds the maximum cash-out on a coupon, these money will be removed whether or not the withdrawal was processed. This excess money may not be used in combination with another promotional offer or as a way to build free comp points up.
All promotions are recorded in Eastern Standard Time (North America), UTC 5 hours. Please take this in to account when claiming your bonuses.
Live Dealer games are only able to be played using resources from your Player's Withdrawable Balance. No Deposit Bonuses or bonuses cannot be used to play with Live Dealer games.
If one of a family, or the accounts in your home has a bonus limitation the identical limitations will apply to another account in the same household.

The Player may not redeem multiple no-deposit bonuses. Free processor offers are meant merely for our regular faithful customers and you should have an active depositing account unless otherwise stated in order to cash-out on a free chip offer. Should a Player redeem one no -deposit bonus and then be subsequently offered another one, the Player must make a real money deposit for the Player into their account in the interim in order to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

The Player has the right to just one free chip between deposits; any winnings caused by multiple free chips will be null. For instance, should two free processors be redeemed by a Player in a row, they are not going to have the capacity to get any winnings by playing on said processor created. These terms are valid and appropriate even after the play-through condition was met.
If a player has finished the play-through condition and has used a No Play No Max bonus but continues to play a restricted or prohibited game, this will bring about their winnings being invalidated. All No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the Wager Conditions and Maximum Withdrawal Limits recorded above.
After you have satisfied with the Wager Conditions and can make a withdrawal, any number which is over the Maximum Withdrawal Limitation will be taken off your balance, as you won't have the ability to get these funds.

Cash Back / Insurance

Cash back and/or Insurance bonuses may be granted as long as the Player's account balance is zero and there aren't any pending withdrawals in the account.

If Player is eligible for Cash back or Insurance but the account has a balance, the Player may contact Customer Support to claim their cash back or Insurance after their balance is below $5.

Insurance bonuses may not be accumulated unless otherwise stated by Casino direction

Depending on the Player's status, the Monthly Insurance Bonus and/or Weekly Cash Back bonus contains regulations that are specific.

The sum of the Monthly Insurance amount that is applied to the account will be calculated on net deposits. (Net Deposits is defined as Deposits - Withdrawals)

Because Cash Back credits are subject to wager withdrawal limitations and conditions, they may not be used to enter Tournaments.

Weekly Cash Back/Monthly Insurance

Weekly Cash back is credited each Monday at 00:01 EST for all players with no pending withdrawals, no authorized withdrawals within the preceding 7 days, and a balance (playable and/or bonus balance) of less than $5.00.
Weekly Cash back bonus comes a 30X wagering condition (60X for Table Games and Video Poker).
Weekly Cash back is computed on all net deposits (minimum $100) which were made over the preceding seven days.
If the weekly cash back promotion is 10% of deposits and the player deposits $100 for the week, they will receive a $10 credit.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Weekly Cashback bonus includes a 5X maximum withdrawal. Your withdrawal is restricted to some minimum/maximum of $100 if the cashback credit is less than $100.
Monthly Insurance is credited during the first five (5) days of the month for all players with no pending withdrawals, no authorized withdrawals within the proceeding seven (7) days, and a balance (playable and/or bonus balance) of less than $5.00.
Monthly insurance comes with a 20x/50 play-through condition (50x for table games and video poker)
Monthly insurance is calculated on the previous month's net deposits.
If the Monthly insurance amount for your player level is 15% and you deposit $1000 in the previous month, you will receive a $150 credit.
